AuraBloomLab Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Estimates We are thrilled to offer FREE Global Express Shipping on all orders.
Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 12 business days (after processing).
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to unexpected delays due to weather, customs, or global supply chain issues.
3. Discreet Packaging Your privacy is our top priority. All AuraBloomLab products are shipped in 100% discreet, plain, and unmarked packaging. There are no logos or descriptions on the outside of the box indicating the contents inside.
4. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
