AuraBloomLab: Refund & Return Policy

1. All Sales Are Final (Hygiene & Safety Policy) At AuraBloomLab, we prioritize the health, safety, and peace of mind of our community. Due to the intimate nature of our wellness devices, we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason once the order has been processed and shipped. To maintain the highest standards of hygiene, we cannot restock or resell used or opened items. Please ensure you review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Defective or Damaged Products (Warranty Replacement) We stand by the premium quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or fails to power on, we have your back. You must report the issue within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • How to claim a replacement: Please email our support team at [AuraBloomLab@gmail.com] with your order number and a clear, brief video demonstrating the defect.

  • Resolution: Upon verification of the defect, we will immediately dispatch a brand-new replacement device at no additional cost to you. We do not require you to ship the defective item back; please dispose of it safely. (Note: Refunds are not issued for defective items; we strictly offer free replacements).

3. Order Cancellations We process orders quickly to get your new self-care essential to you as soon as possible. If you need to cancel or modify your order, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has been handed over to our fulfillment center or shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages We rely on our shipping partners (USPS/UPS/etc.) for delivery. If the tracking information shows the package was "Delivered" to your address, AuraBloomLab cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is a secure location.
